Great news! Our 501(c)(3) status has been approved by the IRS. All donations that have already been made during 2010 to this organization are tax-deductible in 2010. All future donations are tax-deductible. Thank you to those of you who have already given!
Meals 'til Monday's website is limited to 5 registered users. Grassroots.org is the organization we went through to receive a free website. It is a service they make available for nonprofit organizations, and it is an excellent one! But if we wish to upgrade so more registered users can be added, we will be taking on a monthly fee. For now, we cannot do that. Our funds are better spent elsewhere. We were looking forward to interaction on the blog, but at this time is is not an option. We have considered linking to a separate blog and may do that in the future. If so, we will let people know. We are sorry for this inconvenience. For those of you that are following us on Facebook, we welcome your comments there.
